Office Hours And Appointments

Our regular office office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our phones are answered from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you call outside of those hours and would like someone to call you back, you can leave a message and the office staff will return your call as soon as they are in the office. If it is an emergency and you must talk to a physician, our answering service will contact the on-call physician who will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have a potentially life threatening condition, please call 911 and then contact our office as soon as you are able.

Our appointment phone number is 651-747-3235. You must have a scheduled appointment ahead of time in order to be seen. Feel free to specify which practitioner you would like to see; we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are scheduling your annual exam, we suggest you call us five to six months in advance of your anniversary date as our annual exam schedule fills quickly.

Late Policy

If you are late for your appointment, i.e., 10-20 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

No Show/Failed Appointment Policy

If you repeatedly fail your appointments, you may be asked to not reschedule with Partners Obstetrics & Gynesology, P.A.
