Biography

Dr. Joanne Votel is a graduate of the University of Minnesota's medical school. She attended the College of St. Catherine, achieving a degree in chemistry with a minor in mathematics. Her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at the University of Minnesota in 1988. Dr. Votel is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is board certified. She lives in Stillwater with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 dogs. She enjoys the outdoors-water and downhill skiing, scuba and the domestric arts.
