Biography

Laura Powers is a certified Physician Assistant and a graduate of the Mercy College of Detroit's Physician Assistant program. She also has a bachelor of science degree in biology and secondary education from Alma College, Michigan. She was chosen as University of Detroit, Mercy's first Alumna of the year for 1999 in Clinical Practice. She joined Partners in 1999 after working as a PA-C in a Family Practice office in St. Paul for 17 years. She has a special interest in preventative health care.
